Sprout Behavioral Services, Inc. is a dedicated and close-knit team specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism and related disabilities throughout South Florida, including Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
At Sprout, every decision we make is guided by our unwavering commitment to the ethical practice of ABA and the science of behavior analysis. Founded by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), our vision has always been to provide the most effective, compassionate therapy tailored to each child’s unique journey.

Our mission is to foster a diverse, collaborative community of analysts, working together to ensure that all of our clients receive inclusive, equitable, and ethical care. We believe that by supporting our staff with unparalleled training and growth opportunities, we can offer exceptional, individualized programs for every child we serve. Our Behavior Analysts bring extensive expertise in ethical decision-making, coupled with a deep passion for setting the highest standards in ABA therapy.

Meet the Owners

Sprout was founded by two board certified behavior analysts, with the goal in mind to provide the most effective therapy for each child that comes through our doors. Our mission is to provide unparalleled training to staff, constant hands-on support to families, and individualized programming based on each child's needs, all while prioritizing ethical decision making. Kelsey Peck MS BCBA

Kelsey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who earned her Master’s degree from Florida State University’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) graduate program. Kelsey has experience providing ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities, primarily Autism, in the home and clinic settings. She has specific training and experience with teaching language (verbal behavior), social, academic, and functional living skills, as well as problem behavior reduction. She has presented her work at both state (FABA) and international conferences (ABAI). Kelsey is very passionate about providing the most effective and ethical behavioral services and continuing to make a difference.

Jenna Bachman MA BCBA

Jenna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in working with Autism, ADHD, ODD, learning delays, and more. For Jenna, ABA was more of a calling than a career. Throughout her career, Jenna has worked with children and adults with special needs in home, schools, centers, and clinics. She has extensive experience with verbal behavior using signs, PECS, and vocal language. She has also worked in many settings focusing on reduction of severe behaviors. Jenna has been trained in a variety of behavior analytic curriculums including the ABLLS, AFLLS, VB Mapp, PEAK, and others. Jenna obtained her Master's degree from Florida Institute of Technology, with a degree in Behavior Analysis.
